Argelio Malagon Sr., President, immigrated from Cuba where he was an accomplished architect at CUJAE. He founded MCI in 1996 with a passion for design and construction, overseeing all company operations.
Vice President Argelio "Tito" Malagon earned his Construction Management degree from Purdue University. After working at JE Dunn Construction and The Related Group, he brings diverse experience across healthcare, aviation, education, and multifamily sectors to MCI.
Together, Argelio Sr. and Tito lead a skilled team committed to quality, integrity, and reliability. As MCI grows, they remain dedicated to upholding company values while continuously innovating and improving services.

Argelio Malagon and his wife left Cuba for the US, where he began anew as a building inspector in Miami, armed with an architectural degree.

Founding MAG Construction, Inc.
Argelio founded MAG Construction, Inc, a civil underground utility contractor, earning a stellar industry reputation.
